Thoughts
I will always remember his lovely smile and cheeky character. As a girl I thought Mike was great - he was stern sometimes, but also great fun....and you could really have a laugh with him. He always made me feel very welcome and part of the family whenever I visited ....I remember him giving me and Collette some 'pocket money' to go to the sweet shop so that we'd leave him in peace to watch the telly 😜🥰 I remember him taking me and Collette to Skegness to do our open water lifesaving qualifications and he was waiting with a much needed hot chocolate when we got out of the water. He was a great dad and I know he will be greatly missed by his whole family 😞😭💔 Thinking of you all today as you say your goodbyes 😘🙏

Fond memories of a lovely gentleman, always made me feel welcome, even though I was the weirdo who had salad cream on everything. Thinking of the family at this sad time xx
